Bricole

This biscuit takes its name from one of the most common structures in the Venice lagoon.
La Briccola or also Bricola is a nautical structure used to indicate the route to be taken for navigation between the islands of the Venetian lagoon. It is made up of two or more large oak wooden poles tied together and placed in the water, driven into the seabed.

This sweet remains faithful to the classic Bussolà recipe with the addition of chocolate chips. Given its elongated shape, the Bricole are ideal for dipping in a good glass of red wine or in a cup of milk, to start your days on the right foot.
