VARIETY
The vine Aromatic Traminer is a pink grape variety originating from South Tyrol, in particular from the Tramin area on the Wine Route.

GROUND
Clay, silty and slightly alkaline.

VINIFICATION 
Soft pressing / vacuum for eight hours; with passage in the heat exchanger to lower temperatures. White vinification at controlled temperature. Cold settling.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: about 13.00% vol.

REDUCING SUGARS: about 6.00 g / l

TOTAL ACIDITY c.a 5.80 g / l

The cryomaceration process, in addition to giving this sparkling wine its characteristic brilliant coppery reflections, extracts all the aromatic substances typical of Pinot Grigio from the skins. It is characterized by aromas of walnut husk, toasted almond and wisteria, and by a dry, savory and fresh acidity flavor. Extremely fine, intense and persistent perlage.
