VARIETY
Born from the carefully selected blend of Chardonnay grapes, vinified and aged in small oak barrels. Chardonnay aged in barriques. Vineyard that came from France, it is cultivated especially in Burgundy and in the Champagne area. Since the end of the last century it has also been cultivated in Veneto.

GROUND
Clayey, silty and slightly alkaline.

VINIFICATION 
Immediate separation of the must from the marc, refrigeration of the same, fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature and aged in barriques.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: about 13.00% vol.

REDUCING SUGARS: 3.50 - 4.50 g / l

TOTAL ACIDITY c.a 5.60 g / l

Straw yellow in color, it has an intense aroma with aromas ranging from vanilla to ripe apricot. It has a full and velvety flavor, of great balance and maturity with volume and length of flavors reminiscent of delicate spices and vanilla.

COMBINATIONS
It goes well with fish dishes, vegetable soups and white meat dishes.
