VARIETY
Born from the careful selection of Cabernet Franc grapes, vinified and aged in small oak barrels. Cabernet Franc aged in barriques. Grape variety coming from the Bordeaux area, it has found diffusion in different parts of the world. In the "Lison Pramaggiore" area it is considered the pillar of the enology of our lands.

GROUND
Clayey, silty and slightly alkaline.

VINIFICATION 
Traditional red vinification; destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24 ° / 28 °, with daily pumping over. Aging in small oak barrels.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: about 13.00% vol.

REDUCING SUGARS: 3.50 - 4.50 g / l

TOTAL ACIDITY c.a 5.40 g / l

It has an intense red color. The scent is persistent and of long intensity with hints of ripe red fruit and spices ranging from nutmeg to cinnamon and pepper. The flavor is balanced, velvety on the palate with particular fullness and volume in the mouth, with a slight hint of vanilla.
