INGREDIANTS: Flour of wheat, butter, yolk, sugar, candied pears (pears, glucose / fructose syrup, sugar) 10%, natural yeast, nights  9%, dark chocolate 52% min. (sugar, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin) 6%, salt, vanilla.

Icing ingredients:  sugar, flour almonds, rice flour, corn flour, flour of hazelnuts, rice starch, vegetable fiber, egg whiteegg, oil of nights.

Nutritional values: Per 100g: energy 430kcal -1800kJ, fats 20g, of which saturated 8.4g, carbohydrates 52g, of which sugars 27g, proteins 6.9g, salt 0.38g.
